CANCELLATION POLICY
As a courtesy to our large clientele we serve & your service provider, we require a card to be held on file to hold your appointment. In the event that you cancel/no show/are late more than 15min for your scheduled appointment outside of the 24hr policy window, the card on file will be charged 100% of the total appointment. No exceptions. In the event you are running behind you will still owe the full price of the appointment booked even though you aren't receiving the full time . If you are later than the 15 minute allowance then you will be charged the full amount of the appointment and required to reschedule. If you have two appointments that you have no showed or ran past our 15 minute courtesy window, you will be fired as a client. NO EXCEPTIONS. (No exceptions for unaccepted cancellations includes: illness/Covid, weather-non emergency, unexpected conflicts, personal conflicts. )We do not offer refunds of services performed. All retail sales are final.
